A New Ministry Opportunity: River Lodge, New Zealand

As many of you know, K-House has several offices around the world, including the U.S. office in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho; our EU office in Portsmouth, England; our Canadian office in Cranbrook, BC; and, our African office in Benoni, South Africa. In 2010 we opened our South Pacific office in New Zealand.

Over the years we have been overwhelmed by the favor the Lord has shown us in New Zealand, and Nan and I have also felt a personal connection with this small country and its wonderful people. While the Coeur d’Alene office will continue to be a world-wide distribution and production center, we anticipate some unique opportunities for our New Zealand office that we wanted to share with you.

We have now acquired an ongoing business and property in the middle of the North Island of New Zealand with an outstanding 30-year history known as the “River Lodge” (www.riverlodge.co.nz). The Lodge will continue to operate as it has in the past, as a unique wedding facility and a corporate retreat center, booked on a sole-use basis to preserve its heritage for intimacy and personal refreshment.

We are now also in the process of consolidating all of our multimedia recording, editing, and production facilities (which are currently in the U.S. and Portsmouth, U.K.) into a new Advanced Media Center which will also be located on the River Lodge site. These will feature high definition television facilities in our Executive Briefing Room and the resulting recording sessions will be distributed through our worldwide network and affiliates. These sessions will also feature visiting internationally recognized speakers as well as our own, including Chuck and Nan.
